Dear Patients and Patrons:
We have taken every necessary and proactive response possible to Coronavirus (COVID 19), and we feel it is necessary to keep you informed of the procedures and actions we are taking to ensure your health and safety.
Our practice is considered an Essential Business and low-risk environment; we take the well-being of our patients and staff as our highest priority and it is always best to take sensible precautions during a time like this. Please note the following in regard to all patient appointments:
If you are experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness
(cough, shortness of breath, fever above 100.4), we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment at our practice.
We required our staff to do the same.
In addition to our already extensive level of cleaning and sterilization, we have supplemented these efforts with additional cleaning and sanitization of hard surfaces. We require all patients to come with face covering and we do temperature checks. Masks are now mandated by the Governor of California Gavin Newsom, additionally, we are able to provide one to any patients who don’t have one.
We also have gloves available for all patients who request some.
We limit the number of patients in our lobby to abide with social distancing.
This is indeed a trying time in our country, but we also want you to know that we have stringent sanitization and infection control standards in any business, making our practice a safe place to visit.
